Please plan to join the Cheyenne Mountain Trail Race and Achilles Pikes Peak on Thursday, April 5th at the Colorado Running Company as we host Jason Romero, the first and only blind person to run across America, a feat he completed in less than 60 days!
Jason is the author of Running Into The Dark, a powerful tale of overcoming life’s challenges. Though diagnosed in middle school with Retinitis Pigmentosa, an incurable degenerative retinal disease, this “obstacle” eventually became a catalyst for great achievement. Jason has gone on to earn a Juris Doctorate degree and practiced law, has run a $400 Million company for General Electric, and saved and managed a non-profit organization that helps children with Autism. Though his life is filled with remarkable events, his vulnerability, humor, and honesty are what make his stories so impactful.
We’ll accept registrations for the Cheyenne Mountain Trail Race on April 28. $50 for the 50K, $40 for the 25K, and $30 for the 10K.

The speaker event is FREE and so is the beer and food, so come on out and enjoy a fun night with cool people!
